We are excited to announce a new partnership with Willamette Valley Bank to develop a new, modern website with improved customer experiences and updated user flows for each of their business divisions.
Based out of Salem, Oregon, Willamette Valley Bank operates a four-branch Personal and Commercial banking division in the greater Salem area and fifteen mortgage division branches across the Pacific Northwest. Together they collaborate to provide truly local, community-driven banking experience for customers and businesses.
Willamette Valley Bank selected Daylight to help them update their digital presence and online brand. Their current website was in need of a modern facelift and optimization of the user flows to content, where currently helpful resources are often floating outside an easy to access path. With a new design and experience, they plan to share their brand story better, promote the benefits for community members to join Willamette Valley Bank, and help customers find vital information such as locations, phone numbers, and branch employees.
To kick-off our new partnership, we started with a full discovery and strategy session that included interviews with key Willamette Valley Bank team members to outline the business, current brand strategy, technologies and more. Our efforts helped to establish focused goals for the website, and thoughtful user flows allowing us to move into the solution phase with strategic purpose.
