We offer a retirement plan to all full-time employees. Contribute a set amount each year, and Daylight matches – 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%.

Paid Holidays
Along with unlimited PTO, we offer 13 paid holidays each year. Plus, we meet as a team for good times and in-person collaboration several times throughout the year.

We cover your monthly premium and provide additional options at reduced costs. Spouses, dependents, and partners can access our group plan at reduced rates.
