For nearly a decade, working with the Coeur d’Alene Resort has always been a pleasure for us and our third, and most recent, website redesign for our longtime client was no different.
Fighting the urge to daydream about future vacations to CDA Resort, we worked diligently to create a highly responsive site that is fully managed through FUEL CMS. The brand new version of the CDA Resort site turns the experience of exploring the site into a visually stimulating virtual tour of the resort. Bold new imagery paired with informative copy creates an enjoyable and approachable user experience. To lead users through the site, we paired an image laden top nav with a side nav in deeper levels.
But the core of the new site was the fresh, responsive design. As more and more websites are viewed on mobile devices and tablets, it was imperative that CDA Resort launch a new site that was as easy to browse on phones and tablets as it was on desktop computers. The new site sports a highly responsive design that showcases imagery while, too, creating an easily navigable and legible site, both aspects that can be lost if not properly focused upon with responsive design.
We feel confident in claiming that the end result is a site that entices visitors, no matter what device they are on.
