Raised on the 3-R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle), we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative (OBRC) website. The website for this new initiative was designed to be clean and easily navigable.
One of the main features of the site is the online management of the BottleDrop card, an innovative and convenient way to manage refund money from bottle deposits. Working with a 3rd party card vendor API, we created a quick and easy online user experience for managing deposit refund money. We extended the straightforward user experience to the backend of the site as well, using the FUEL content management system, which makes updating a website simple.
It was a pleasure to help Oregon, the first state in the nation to require deposits on cans and bottles (not to brag), make recycling easier!
